CHT4016-QEG
Description
The CHT4016-QEG is a 4-14GHz 6-bit digital attenuator designed to address a dynamic of 31.5d B by 0.5d B step. It is designed for a wide range of applications, from military to mercial munication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a p HEMT process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography. It is available in chip form and in Ro HS pliant SMD package.
